The Shepherdess.

Beneath this mask there is more than flesh, beneath this mask there is an idea and ideas are bulletproof…

Let’s be honest, I’m not your typical trainer and I tend to do things a little differently – including my dog blog. This post has next to nothing to do with dog training (although you could count the easy task of desensitising Nero to the presence of the doggy mask) but what this post lacks in training tips it does makes up for in humour…I hope!

The saying ‘dogs look like their owners’ has never rang truer. Oh my, the look of disbelief, double takes and funny comments we received! I’m sure you can imagine my over excitement when I came across a German Shepherd mask online.  So silly, incredibly iconic, ironic and something that certainly steals your attention. Combine such an accessory with a larger than life GSD, a pinch of creativity and a sprinkle of imagination and you end up with a shoot that looks like this:

Two of a kind travelling on the bus.

Picking tasty treats at Bea’s Dierenboetiek

Finding fresh kicks at Sneak up.

Chillin’ over coffee at Native

Dog tired at the local park
