Are you seeking an enjoyable, educational puppy training class in Amsterdam? The Nero Dog Training puppy class consists of the WHAT, HOW and WHY we teach certain behaviours that ensure you put your pup on the path to success. This 5 week course is JAM PACKED full of information, techniques, puppy play time and plenty of opportunities to ask your most burning puppy questions! All of our classes are conducted in English.

Puppy Training in Amsterdam Sloterplas

The Nero Amsterdam puppy training class is designed for puppies aged 3 – 6 months of age and will cover:

  • Learning to lure, shape and capture behaviours
  • The mechanics behind teaching behaviours and how dogs learn
  • Motivating and ”trouble-shooting”
  • Leash manners, life skills and basic obedience foundations
  • Theory and real life, hands on training with every day distractions
  • Socialisation skills/opportunities
  • Recall, scent work and tracking introductions
  • Canine nutrition crash course
  • Husbandry and confidence exercises

This is the most comprehensive young canine class around! All breeds, all backgrounds, all levels!

Each handler will receive:

  • Saturday 2nd May 2026:  9.00am – 10.00am  (PLEASE NOTE: there will be a ONE week break before class 3 in the 5 week course. Classes will be held on Saturday’s 2nd and 9th May – no class on the 16th, then continue on the 23rd and 30th May, with the 5th and final class hosted on Saturday 6th June!) **SOLD OUT!**
  • Saturday 4th July 2026:  9.00am – 10.00am  (PLEASE NOTE: classes will be hosted on Saturday’s for 5 weeks consecutively with the 5th and final class hosted on Saturday 1st August 2026.) **OPEN!**
